At Urban Yogi, we provide a variety of holistic wellness services, including Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation and Mindfulness practices. Our classes are tailored to improve physical strength, mental clarity, and emotional well-being, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle of city life. We also offer retreats and online classes to ensure our services are accessible to everyone.

Hatha Yoga Hatha Yoga is a classical path of yoga that emphasizes cultivating balance and steadiness through physical postures, breath awareness, and mindful attention. Traditionally, Hatha Yoga focuses on harmonizing body and mind through conscious movement, breath regulation, and attentive presence. Rather than striving for performance, the practice encourages purification, stability, and clarity through consistent engagement with āsana and prāṇāyāma, allowing the mind to settle naturally. Over the past decades, Hatha Yoga has gained wide recognition across the world as a supportive practice for physical and mental well-being. At Urban Yogi, Hatha Yoga is offered as a practical and mindful approach to cultivating strength, flexibility, balance, and inner awareness. Beyond the physical dimension, regular practice supports self-awareness, reflection, and a deeper connection with one’s inner experience. Practiced with attentiveness, Hatha Yoga becomes a steady companion in daily life, encouraging conscious living and inner growth. Hatha Yoga is suitable for adults of all backgrounds and experience levels, and each session is guided with care, respect, and sensitivity to individual needs. Sessions & Availability Group sessions are offered every Monday and Wednesday at our location.
